Real Windows Simulator is a satirical entertainment application designed to simulate the hardware experience of a Windows laptop on a MacBook. This includes — but is not limited to — sounds, haptic feedback, and other effects triggered by laptop interactions.
The App is provided purely for entertainment and educational purposes. Any resemblance to actual Windows laptop performance is entirely intentional and deeply ironic.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your own Mac. You may not distribute, copy, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or share your license key with others. Your suffering is your own. Please keep it that way.
Purchases are processed through Polar.sh and are subject to their refund policy. We do not offer refunds on the grounds that "it was too realistic." That was the point. However, legitimate technical issues are always taken seriously — contact us and we'll help.
The App is provided "as is" — which, fittingly, is also how Windows is provided. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's fitness for any particular purpose, other than the purpose of making your MacBook mildly insufferable.
We are not responsible for noise complaints, disturbed neighbors, confused coworkers, evictions, or any sudden appreciation for macOS that may result from using this App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App — including but not limited to emotional distress, existential crises, broken relationships, or the sudden urge to buy a Windows laptop.
All content, design, and code within Real Windows Simulator is the intellectual property of its developer. Windows® is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation. We are not affiliated with Microsoft in any way. The banana is trademarked by nobody and answers to no one.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Just like Windows Update — you don't really have a choice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, followed by more good faith negotiation, followed by giving up and restarting your computer.
